A key question is whether the power brake assist is normal while driving. If it isn't, you may have to depress the brake pedal 'hard enough' to actuate the ABS system. Do you notice typical ABS modulation of the brakes while the pedal is 'hard'? Personally I'd think any fault with the ABS itself would throw a code, either setting the ABS light on the dash or providing something in the OBD-II scan. Have you observed any codes resulting from, say, a free scan at AutoZone?

check / replace the battery in the fob key use a scan tool to reset the ECM Have this done by a service center conversant with nissan products as there is a special procedure to get the ECM to respond

Some broken glass has jammed the diverter flap , dismantle it and clean out the broken bits of glass.

main ignition fuse is only for just that... if you checked that the circuit to that power outlet is OK, including the wiring, maybe the jack itself is bad disconnect it, then use jumper wires to the battery to see if it powers on
