Bank 2 sensor 2 means oxygen sensor behind the catalyst convertor

Because a head gasket are not valve seals. What color of smoke is coming out of your tail pipe? if it's burnt oil, have your valve seals replaced. Head gaskets seal the space between block and the cylinder head. I don't know why your head gasket was replaced when a shop told you your valve seals need to be replaced...makes no sense.

How long has it been since these parts been replaced? Could it be the mechanics fault that it is not right again? ALso, I think you are suppose to reset your codes after repairing the error code issue if I'm not mistaken.

The steering column wheel has 2 pins pushed into the back side of it and as you turn the steering wheel making a turn, the pins slide over the humps of the blinker signal. As you return the wheel back to center to drive straight, these pins then hit the humps in the turn signal and push the turn signal back to the original position. It sounds like one of these pins fell out or broke off. You need to pull steering wheel and check to see if these pins are still inserted on the back side of the steering wheel.

run fault codes and check for faulty Torque converter clutch solenoid or faulty TCM (transmission control module)

bad thermostat,bad water pump,clogged radiator,are both radiator hoses,top and bottom hot,if so then thermostat is opening,is water pump leaking,get under and see if you see coolant on underside of vehicle or put paper under.

Are the people checking these items professional mechanics? DO you have fuel injection? Check for engine code errors, possibly a TPS

Depending on the year and vehicle type that you are asking about. The starter solenoid that sits on top of the starter is considered the starter's relay.

Sounds like your getting help from mechanics and so far it hasn't been to expensive. If your getting knocking during startup and it stops as it warms up, that is usually hydraulic lifters. They can get sticky and not pressurize correctly with the oil pressure. For a mechanic to replace 2 or 3 and not all of them is sort of dumb. Actually it is really dumb. They all should been replaced when they had the engine down. The test with the fan your mechanic showed you was good. It is very good he showed you also what it does. Do you service your vehicle at regular intervals? Change oil, Check water, the normal things will save you repair bills later.

It means take it back to that shop and have them fix what they did wrong, lol.

You may have low fluid levels or a vacuum leak. It might be a good idea to have a respectable mechanic (transmission) person diagnose the problem as soon as possible.
