dont do it ..let a qualified repair station do this..u can accidently cause the airbag to inflate causing serious injury or even death...

I have a same problem. need help

Give me some more information about this problem. May be i can help.

it may have miss aline rear cross member beside the brake rear need adjust ( one side more free)
or rear cross member bushing have damage , try compair cros two tie;s must be same distan.try complete turn right check right side tie distan. complete turn left check distan. compair

sounds like a loose connection somewhere start by checking the earth connections to gearbox and engine.hope this helps

First you remove the engine cover.
1. Unclip the two metal clips.
2). Unclip the MAF sensor and pull out of the way.
3). Undo the air intake or undo the clip right behind the box area.
4.) wiggle and work the cover out of the engine compartment.
Turn cover upside down (place on something soft, as to not scratch the top).
3) restore mounting bushings if you haven't done so yet.4) Depending on how you took off the cover, remove the intake hose and the clamp.5) Loosen 8 screws NO NEED TO REMOVE!
6) Separate cover halves from the front. Slowly, as there are hinges at the rear (by heatshield).
7) With pieces apart, change air filter.

When putting pieces back together, start with the hinge, and hold the air filter--so it doesn't fall out. Make sure screws are still pulled out, or cover won't seal.
Follow steps in reverse to restore cover back to service.

It sounds like you are in the right area. Try the Seafoam throttle body cleaner. This will be the most effective for what you are trying to do. I have a VW shop for manual for that car if you would like it. email me at [email protected] and I will send it to you.

Volkswagen recommends only to check the timing belt & tensioner first time at 90,000 km, then every 30,000 km. Renew as necessary.
CAUTION: The most important fact is that the car is 10 years old. Do NOT drive the car without timing kit renewal !!!

check the fuel pump while you S.W On little sound from rear seat for afew second then off . if no sound replace fuel pump

Hi, The hand brake light coming on could be,
1 The switch at the handbrake lever could be faulty
2 This light also comes on if the brake fliud level is down ( or the level switch in the resivoir is faulty )
