FRONT WIPER? is car stock no 3rd party , radio hacks or remote start hacks or alarms added scion told you never to do that. check all fuses first is what to do. any times electrics fail then test the battery main. NOT TOLD AT ALL IF ENGINE STARTS AND CAR DRIVES?. day /night. AT ALL. nor battery voltage at bad event (use a meter) IF THE BATTERY IS WEAK, AND WILL NOT CRANK OR DOE SO SLOW THE BATTERY IS WEAK AND AS VOLTAGE NEARS 10VDC THE COMPUTERS (LOTS) GO MAD., THEY CAN NOT OPERATE THAT LOW AND NOT MAKE ERRORS, OF ANY KIND, THE BCM MAY BE THE FIRST GO MADE AT 10VDC. OR LESS. THE SERVICE MANUAL COVERS ALL THIS. retained power ends if you open driver door, if not retained can go 10 or 30 minutes , by brands of cars, not looking yours up me. all fuses wiper (both ) are IG power feed only the schematics NOW NO SUCH THINGS AS RTPR RETAINED POWER FEATURE. ZIP. THE IG1 RELAY RUNS THE WIPER (POWER) THE IGNITION PIN MARKED IG ENERGIZES THIS RELAY KEY ON. BEHOLD THE REAL DEAL. IG1 KEY SWITCH IS BAD OR HACKED IG1 RELAY SHORTED. (AS IN BAD) FUSE RIGHT FEEDS WIPER (ALL POWER) SIMPLE AS EATING CHEERY PIE AL-A-MOD

Try pushing up on it while pressing the button. Sometimes they need some assistance to open. Good luck!

If you ABS. You may have to put a scanner on it to bleed the ABS system. If you don't, look at replacing the master cylinder.

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak in your brake booster.

you are right all marker lights come off of one fuse, inside instrument panel, number 29, a 10 amp fuse my manual does not give a lamp number, it has a chart, head lamps (high) lamp 9005 60 w type a, headlamp (low) 9006 51 w type b, front marker lamps 5w type d, for the rear it says to use a lamp 7443 21.5 w type d, I do not use these, I have special lights on mine, hope that it helps

it is a long process, you need to remove all the head liner then there are bolts that hold it to the car, just wondering, why do you want to remove it?

let the car cool down. feel radiator with coolant.start the car with a/c ON.the fan will tun ON if not the fan or power to the fan is a problem. if the fan is good monitor the upper radiator hose for building high pressure before the hose is warm(cylinder head gasket is bad) if the car don't overheat with a/c on(radiator fan switch is bad) monitor the temperature to about 180*F-190*F and the lower hose will start to warm up. if not thermostat is bad.replace with fail safe one good luck

i would say that lock has a fault , may be a loose wire or may need a new lock mechanism only way to find out is to check for power going to lock if there is power then the lock is either very stiff so a good soaking around the locking rods,actuater plunger with wd 40 might free it up and moving it by hand but if still wont work from key fob a new lock seems the cure

my manual is for a 07 tc, the fuse that controls windshield washer is inside under panel by driver #42 5 spaces from the front, bottom row it is a 15 amp fuse

somebody install a radio in that car about the same time?If not ,blame the dimmer for the dash lights.

your toyota tech dont know his/her cars the engines lifters are solid not hydr then to adjust them they have to remove the cams and measure the lifter bucket thickness then re install the proper size and re install and no this is not done every 15k it would cost a grip it is done during cyl head rebiulding another unlikely scenario (with proper care)

need to buy a new one to replace the broken one, no adjustment that I know of

you need to remove wheel, you will need to remove the caliper and caliper holder, 3 bolts on bottom of the ball joint, 2 bolts holding shock tube, need to unbend the indent on the axle nut, then you need a socket that will fit the nut, remove the nut, there will be a ball joint, with a cotter pin in it, take it out and loosen nut don't take it off all the way, with nut on hit with a hammer, it will loosen up then take off the nut, this will allow the whole assembly to come off axle, then you take the assembly to a shop that will press out the old bearing and put the new one in, I suggest doing both, even if only one is making a grinding noise, after all is done and new ones are in reverse the way you took off
