That's all programing that is set in your ECM, if your in 4X4 most manufactures that have ABS and traction control installed will turn your 4X4 off once it gets to a certain speed

It should reset if not disconnect batt for 30 seconds still no check fuse box under hood & glove box or under stering wheel good luck

you need to hold brake 1st then start if nothing ,turn off then try again ,

Open the gate. On the side there will be two screws or plastic plugs to remove. Pull the lens straight back. There are clips that hold it in the side. Replace what you need.

Either 2 screws on side of assembly when door is open or behind assembly on inside will b 3nuts u must loosen and assembly should fall out.. may have to slightly pry on edge of light to pull a tab

Some times the connector gets hot and causes poor contact at the resistor. Have your mechanic recheck it. Tell him you would like to come look at the connector when he has it apart. He should minimum check it for free.

check to see if there is anything blocking the door, sometime pens get stuck in the hinge. the best way to re-seat it is to take it off and put it back on witch is very easy
