did you connect a scan tool first. and see all those DTC errors. dont miss any ! the see RPM page. is it ok? in streaming PID data. for RPM.? that be first, see what PCM sees, first. if PCM is reading ok the cluster has issues. in the old days the spark ran the tacho direct (suzuki brown wire) now the PCM just runs it , (data) its really now just a voltmeter scaled to RPM. see? it might be just loose wires behind the cluster. if you rap the glass front, gently does it change the action?

stock or LED modified? it may be in the operators guide did you look there, index and bulbs> first? 2011 USA car? light rules vary by country so....???????????? and parts. if not able to figure this out, as any auto store for help> or any mech on earth? or look for screws there, take off LIC plate see if that helps or open trunk yet, look up see screws there> ? there are just 3 ways most cars 1: screws front or rear. (under trunk lid) 2: pry off lens. 3: pinch and pry lens. some cars (like my jeep) the whole light assembly must be removed for access. just taking the time to look first solves most of the possibles or not.

put, who put them? if a shop , get them to fix it for free, they maybe broke and ABS wire. if all looks good, yes, look then scan the ABS

check fuses. check head light relays.

There is not power steering reservoir for the Kizashi and for most of the automobiles since 2005. It is electrical.

You need to remove the front bumper. It is easy but tricky. Once the bumper is off you need to remove all the plastic head lamp. You'll see the light bulbs once you remove a round rubber cover in the back of the plastic head lamp.

Evap solenoid replace it.

I believe the USB socket your Subaru is only a charging port and does not really hook to the radio. This would require more than I know how to do, unless you can enable bluetooth on the car and your XM will work that way.

Hi Gary, I'm not clear about your problem, but suggest you take the vehicle for a diagnostic scan. After fault codes have been read, service reminders can also be canceled. Regards John

this is covered in the FSM. get one or log into alldata.com and see if the Body sections there covers this. the FSM for sure does.

did the engine stall, stall is 0 RPM. at all stalls, The CEL glows, same as 1st key , CEL glows this only means the ECU has power. nothing more, CEL on running, means DTC ERRORS. what engine is it? in usa, see under hood sticker (look up) and bingo engine option. 2.4 L I4? ,has a cam chain ,not a belt.,,good. when working on any car with engine problems,first ID the engine which one, this EFI system varies by country and engine type. what miles on engine, 50k 150K? the car has a recall issue, see TSBs for alternator the car has a bad tensioner. TSB No. TS 01 02011 stalls have may causes. and tests. are you tooled up, and DIY ready. if not , get it fixed at any ASE shop.
