Either drive isn't engaging properly (faulty solenoid or wiring) or there is a "bald" patch on the ring gear. If it will eventually start it's more likely to be a solenoid / wiring issue.

Remove filler cap, lift car then from under the car remove oil pan drain plug. Allow oil to drain into an oil waste pan. Change oil filter also ..located under skid plate..use filter wrench to remove filter. Be careful as filter is full of oil ..drain in waste pan wipe filter mounting plate clean..put a thin coating of oil on new filter gasket before spinning it on to the mounting plate..hand tighten and then tighten about 3/4 more turn.. reinstall drain plug. do not over tighten or you can strip the threads. Install correct viscosity and amount of oil start engine. let run to get pressure up. shut off engine, check level with dipstick and close cap....you are done.

Steve, Any Codes? Check for vacuum leaks with a can of carb cleaner engine running - when engine race up or bogs down there is a leak. Spray all around intake, vacuum hoses, brake booster, and throttle body. Master Tech Lee

remove wheel then remove caliper compress the caliper piston remove old pads and install new one and reinstall caliper and wheel

double posted verbatim all 4? and emergency brake parts./ my guess, is hubby yelling from lot? why not RTM why not say all things you are replacing , in the system. my car has 4 disk brakes and 4 hidden emergency brake shoes . for a total of 12 pads/shoes. see? what are you doing, and to what extent.

front or rear or both? remove caliper , pop in pads or RTM yes read the manual called FSM or alldata.com log in and read. its there.

Do you have the orginal rims and tires? If so you need to get a code from a scanner to go further.

The restarts? That sounds like the classic symptoms of a failing fuel pump
