It sounds like you may have a leak in the system. You can get it professionally inspected or you can get a do it yourself with a diy charge kit from your local auto parts store. run a can of a leak detector through it to determine if you have a serious leak which depleted the refridgerant. If you do not notice usually a red dye add a can or more of coolant until it reaches the peak point on the pressure guage. Be sure to add coolant with the ac on high as well

If you have MIL get the codes scanned, at least they will help point you at the real cause of the problem. For the moment ignore the VSC warning until the MIL has been successfully diagnosed and cured. Nine times out of ten curing the MIL will resolve the VSC warning.

either the filter gasket was not lubed otr the filter was overtightened, you can try oversized channel lock pliers or drive a screwdriver through the filter housing and twist it off, messy but it works

No I am afraid you may have to change them, they are locked and you really cant open and repair.

If you mean can the vehicle be equipped with a hitch unit and modified so that it can tow loads yes, it can. In most cases you have to get a special hitch, usually a low profile receiver type hitch and a transmission cooler if it's not already equipped with one. If it has a transmission cooler already they will put a heavy duty one in instead of the light duty one that more than likely came with the vehicle.

When you put fuel in the car try not to over fillit. It needs a little air in the tank to ptoperly perform. Thats why the light comes on. You Should be fine

have you checked the fuse for the lites. could be a maxi fuse and not the little fuse for the lites. depending on which lexus you own the maxi fuses are either under the hood or in the trunk

On your car.To replace the head light:-- 1) Open the hood. 2) Disconnect the negative battery cable of the battery for safety reason. 3) At the back of the headlight assembly,there is a cap.Pull that cap. 4) Then remove the wiring harness for the headlight bulb.Its flitted with tabs.Just depress the tabs for easy access. 5) Twist the light bulb in counter clockwise direction and gently pull the old bulb out and replace it with new bulb. ---------------------- For more help. Oil is cheap, compared to lubrication related repairs, I suggest that you consider every 2500 miles, as it is a round number (kind of). Manufactures have been extending change intervals, but most cars actually run under severe service, mostly due to shorter runs. You sound like better sceneario, the issue is contamination.

the manuals fo this car line are not posted on the internet, u must either purchase them used or new from the dealer parts dept, I assume u mean the owners manual, ebay is a good source of used manuals for cars.
You will need the exact model and year to find a manual which you have not provided or i could try and find a used manual for you.

VSC has very little to do with the tires and the warning light would not by triggered by a faulty tire sensor. Your problem is clearly generated by the bad fuel and since the engine light also activated , it's a big problem. 
My advice to you is to take the car to have the fault codes read, once you will know them you will have a base to diagnose of; until then all is just guessing in the dark.

First , check the LED on your car battery, if it is blank you made need to remove and test the actual battery. If there is ANY chance that sparks flew when attempting to boost the car open the fuse box and check the fuses including the large ones.
Third, try a different key, including your flat wallet key in case your key has also failed due to a weak internal battery and will not communicate with the engine immobilizer.
To use your 'wallet key" hold the black card against the dash beside the key slot while turning the key in its slot. This key has an embedded security chip in it as well to allow the engine to start.
If your RX is a 2010, hold the wallet key or your black key fob to the dash beside the ignition button and wait for the LED on dash to turn green. Then push the button.
