In my opinion, the problem isn't a fuse. ,Check for horn codes, These are manufacturer specific codes. You will need code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes.

Pull the fuse till you can find the short or stuck horn switch or relay.

if it has no dip stick hole then you cannot fill it the amount required has to be pumped in by the service center or a specialist transmission shop

run the fault codes , fix the problem with the traction system and then the limp mode will be deactivated

Maybe the outlet tube is obstructed? Look for oulley and try to clean it with a needle Or maybe the tube got disconnected from the pump? Have look inside

on the engine on one side of the other. did you even look? it can only be 2 places, left side or right near fly wheel it engages. what engine, ? i can tell you never looked, see why? its at the end of the battery PLUS cable. ill toss coin, 3.7L then i go to jeep.com (amazing huh, they sell parts?)
