You may have to try and pry off the panel or take out the latch handle to try and access the inside of the door. Look for the linkage to unlatch the door.

It sounds as if you've blown the engine, check the engine oil to see if it's full, if OK put a large socket on the crankshaft pulley bolt and try to turn the engine if it doesn't turn the engine is gone. I hope this helps. Take care.
