Well code 103 is a problem with the Mass Air Flow meter, and code 302 is a power loss for cylinder number 2. The MAF sensor and circuit would need to be checked, and cylinder 2 could be a spark problem or fuel problem among other things.

Some manufacturers place a code in the electronics of the radio that needs to be entered if the power is disconnected to the radio. If some one steals the radio it will not work without the code. Honda, on some models, has the code printed in the glove box.
