If battery is fully charge, more then likely it's going to be a bad starter, the clicking is the starter solenoid, some time you can hit the starter while some one trys to start it and it might start, either way the starter will need to be replace.

Turn the key on, press the fuel pedal three times,slowly, within five seconds. the light should flash. When it stops turn the key off. This should reset it.

Get the battery checked out first sounds like it might be dead, a quick check is turn ignition on and then put headlights on if there very dim you have a battery fault if normal it's a different problem

what is the question? my guess, is what is the recommended , ATF transmission fluid service>? this is covered in the operators guide, and depends on service type, light or severe go to ford dot com, click manuals , open operators guide and read maintance page , see it?

The fuse box is located behind the glove box. If you have the manual that came with the car, the fuse stuff starts on page 256. If you don't have the manual, you should download it from the internet as a pdf. It explains how to get to the fuse box, and which fuse controls what, with a diagram of the location of each fuse and its size and color.
