How do you know it's the horn ? Do you have a volt meter ? Check for voltage at the horns . Before replacing parts , test . Go to youtube an watch a few basic electrical trouble shooting videos . Your vehicle has two horns an the possibility of both going out is 0 . When you press the horn switch it is a signal to the BCM - body control module , then the BCM turns on the horns . Do you have an airbag light lit on the instrument cluster ? The clock spring in the steering column could be open .What fuse did you check . F32 in the battery junction box - fuse box under the hood in engine compartment . How cars clock spring works
Ford is popular for the dashboard ( motherboard) shorting out & causing these problems. Any recall notices? call them first. Sorry I can't be more helpful from here, but I have R/R many of those due to electrical shorting & bad motherboards. Good luck

Did you try the passenger side brake bulb in the driver side socket (maybe the new lamp is bad)??
If it works, then the problem is either a bad ground connection / wire at / between chassis and the shell of brake lamp socket, or bad 12 volt wire at / between the common passenger 12 volt brake light wire in the harness to the center contact on the brake lamp socket.
My suggestion is if the brake lamp wire is ONLY for brakes - not the directional too, simply add a new wire spliced into the passenger side brake light wire and extend it to the brake light wire closest to the new socket that you recently installed on the driver side. Disconnect the vehicle brake wire from the new socket and wire nut it off or tape it up (so it can't short out if it somehow becomes energized again) and splice this new wire to the new socket.
Test & you're done!
hi the resistor is on the casing of the blower motor housing you need to take out the glove box to get access to it usually held in with two hex screws hope this helps
Google search 2011 ford fiesta owners manual and download it for free from ford on your phone/computer then go to the radio section it's in there, and also you need to have this for the fuse box & power distribution box diagrams for fuse replacement in case of emergencies
The mechanic should have maybe told you the alternator is bad. You can have any auto parts store check your charging system for free, just drive there and ask them.
