The pump is on the bottom of the washer fluid container. Take out the bottle and remove the pump.

The radio is a completely differant curcuit. So if the lights make radio go out, There has to be a short or bad wire in the headlight curcuit. Check headlight grounds and clean them good if bad. Good-Day!

suspect a loose wire to a speaker/s check that all wires are connected tight.

Hopefully your warrantee is still good,or you install a new blower motor
