First off, you will need both batteries connected for the amperage to be available to start a diesel. Secondly, when you turn the key, the vehicle will not crank over? Does it make any sound at all? DO the power door locks work with the key fob?

Is it a air clutch fan a bad a/c switch can cause this or bad solenoid or wires or ECM circuit now if it's still old school no air line going to the fan hub just change the fan hub it is seized

Replacing the water pump on my 2004 5.9 cummins 1ton Dually was easy,Disconnect neg. batt. cables, drain coolant,released serpentine belt tensioner with 1/2" drive ratchet and while in released position slipped belt from ac compressor,removed two bolts that held alt. to brackets, slipped alt. to one side then removed upper alt. brkt., removed two bolts on water pump, made sure mounting surface of block was clean and took new water pump put a small amt. of rtv sealant all around groove that rubber seals goes in,install rubber seal, "be sure and wipe off excess sealant then re-install water pump tightening carefully,reinstall alt. upper brkt., then alt. put belt back in correct position but be sure and leave it off of ac pulley so you can reinstall it on ac when you are underneath the eng. area while releasing tension on belt tensioner. Fill with proper coolant type till you have rad. full. Reinstall cables, start eng and with cap off you will have to add coolant as eng. warms up till it has air out of system. Once rad. is full install cap then refill coolant recovery bottle to full level, Keep and eye on it for leaks for a couple of days and "Happy Driving" Don't think I left anything out :)

Sounds like your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor), if you have changed that it could be VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor)

throttle plate or cable sticking ?

There should be a drain at the bottom of your fuel filter. It's a little yellow handle at the bottom of the filter. When you drain the water from there the light should go off if you get it all out.

Remove the drive shaft from the truck. Using WD40 or PB blaster lube the bearing shaft and bearing housing. Allow it to soak for 20 minutes. Using a hammer and block of wood tap the bearing with housing off the shaft. Clean the shaft and tap the new bearing on.

2001 Jeep wrangler, error code 203 (or 206?) PCM board to injector #3. I just replaced PCM board 30 days ago and that time it said injector #4. I also replaced injector #4. Can I be that unlucky that 2 boards went bad in 1 mo or is something causing the PCM to go bad. We have checked everything including wiring harness. Please help. It began losing power and engine light came on, that is what happened both times.

As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector of the vehicle. Let it sit for atleast 5mins. then reconnect it again. You may have system failure and removing the positive battery connector can reset the computer. After the procedure you'll be good.

it sounds like you may have a blend door problem. this problem may have been detected by you computer. you need to have the HVAC codes retrieve then test the code that is found . you can go to a part store like auto zone they will get the codes for free. then come back and post the code. for the test needed.
