Fusebox layouts do tend to change from territory to territory though mostly the vehicle handbook diagrams are fairly accurate. It is the diagrams in the repair manuals that tend to be generic. Check hoses at firewall carefully both should be relatively hot when engine at operating temp. If system is working correctly inside the output while be colder than input hose. If both cold replace thermostat. If not it may be a temperature control actuator, which may mean a visit to a repair shop depending on its location. Finally check all fuses related to climate control.

I would guess that either the wiring to the hatch lock is broke, or the lock or linkage isn't functioning. Have someone stand at the back of the car when locking the doors and listen for the latch actuator to click, if it does click then it's probably a broken plastic piece on the linkage, if it doesn't then either you have some bad wiring or the actuator itself may be bad.

Reynald, Check your transmissions fluid level and top up if needed as a first step. Vehicle should be scanned for diagnostic codes to aide in finding the fault and repair required. The heated mirrors are on the same switch of the rear defrost button.

I use a small flat ***** driver just to pry open the fob. Then I just pull it apart, it will separate in 2 parts. Change the battery and just snap on the 2 parts back together.

Sounds like plugged hose can take air and blow obstruction out or may b motor if you don't hear when depress switch to spray

To be honest havent had the priviledge of working on one as yet but a 2011 vehicle then i wouldnt mind betting that their is a circuit board somewhere under the bonnet and this is no doubt made in china and a pound to a penny the components are inferior grade silicon used in the micro chips .Why not just put a manual over ride switch in to the slow speed on the motor direct bypassing the fancy auto switch stuff .,this will save you a lot of money on expensive parts which will be dealer only
