Turn key to RUN postion, do not start the engine.. slowly depess gas pedal to floor three tiems within 10 seconds and then turn key to off.

Hi Jim, I will try my best to help you. First off, let see what we are losing at the blower motor. Three things I want you to do. #1-With a multi-meter check the power side at the blower motor connector and see if you have a full 12 volts. #2-With a test light hooked to the battery positive terminal, check the ground side at the blower motor connector to see if you have a good ground, the test light should be good and bright. #3-With the multi-meter set on ohm's check across the actual blower motor connector a resistance reading of up too 7 ohms is OK, but if you have a reading above like 14 to 22 ohms then replace the motor. I would think that the switch on the control panel, or the blower motor is bad...

do not attempt to tighten the belt,get some belt dressing at an auto parts store and spray it on.

Turn the key to the on position without starting engine and push the gas pedal in three times slowly withing ten seconds and then turn the vehicle off to the lock position. repeat if necessary.

Have it reprogrammed it's only off a little bit
