Battery chargeing issues

You should not have jumped it from there, there are hook up points to jumper the car under the hood. You may have damaged the alternator or the computer that controls the output voltage. At this point you need a dealer to run some tests with a special scanner.

Car stalled due to rising waters

Your question is...? If any significant amount of water got into the intake while your car was running, the engine has very probably been destroyed. If, on the other hand, sufficient water did NOT get into the intake to destroy the motor, it's still possible that water got into any of the electrical connectors and/or the car's electronics, in which case the electronics may be toast or - in the best of all worlds - the car may be fine after all water has dissipated from inside whichever electrical connectors (this may take a very long time).

Car not running, with the clutch pedal to the floor, I can get to accessory and then start, it won't start, I cannot leave start pos with the clutch engaged. When disengaged the it will go to off.

your anti theft device is activated, you need to lock and unlock your doors a couple times with the key fob,not the key,and then you need to put the key in the ignition and start it,if you dont have your key fob, call your car dealer to get a new one, they are programmed for each car only, you cannot bypass it.

Remove headrests

There is normally a push button for adjusting the headrest height. This is the same button that you use to get it off. Sometimes they pull instead of push but you have to do it while pulling the headrest.

Metal clunking sound from rear suspension challenger r/t 2010

Sorry dude, it is hard enough trying to keep up with all of the clunks and bumps and squeaks and rattles that occur on vehicles with factory suspension parts. When modifications are made...it is anybody's guess. All I can tell you is to diagnose the problem the way any auto technician would diagnose any other suspension noise...get it on a lift and perform a thorough inspection and/or have someone bounce the car up and down while you stick your head under it and see if you can tell where the noise is coming from.

I am replacing my factory air intake with a

Some times the factory rubber tube gets "glued" to the intake plenum with coatings put on at the factory. If the clamp is loose enough then just use a small flat head screwdriver to gently pry the edges of the rubber hose and twist to break the seal.
