Looks like you will need to remove the alternator and the radiator overflow tank to get it out. This is for a 2003, but shows the location of the power steering as being low under the alternator.

It’s most probably a bad wheel hub! Have it scanned to find out which one.

Check the power wire going from the battery to the starter and check the ground wire from the battery to the chassis

There has been a RECALL for this vehicle with power steering problems. Check your power steering fluid and if it's OK head to a dealer and ask about the recall. I hope this helps. Take care.
