You will need to get the fault codes read as the lights come on for any of the following low brake fluid ,sensor or wiring fault ,low pressure in system faulty computer abs Also the abs pump runs at a couple of hundred psi and fiddling around is not recommended and bleeding the system after a good fiddle takes a while I gave up bleeding the system after 6 hrs over 2 days I was a bit miffed in the end (swearing removed to post )

Rear hatch is locked or unlocked with a key. (if equipped) • To open the rear hatch, insert the key into the lock, turn it to the unlock position and pull up the rear hatch by pressing the handle (DOOR). You can also lock/unlock the latch (but not release it) with the central door lock system. • If unlocked, the rear hatch can be opened by pressing the handle (DOOR) and pulling the hatch up. • To close the rear hatch, lower and push down the rear hatch firmly. Don't think there is a switch have you tried replacing batteries in key fob if they are run down maybe there not enough power to open boot

You have a failure in your brake system.

On many vehicles, there is a VSS (vehicle speed sensor) that is used with the ABS system. If it fails, the ABS and BRAKE lights will come. As I don't have ESC, I can't vouch for it being involved, but it is related. Usually replacement of the defective sensor will clear all fault indications.

Doesn't sound wrong but I suggest you check with your dealer after reading the vehicle handbook.

Check the terminals on battery are clean and check the small wire leading inside the cabin is properly conected and not loose either end.

No external fuel filter used on this model. I think the last year Kia used fuel filters was 2001.

Cold start system has a problem. There are two temperature sensors. One for the temperature gage on the dash, one for the the temperature information to the Ecu (brain) If the connections are corroded (usually) they need to be cleaned to bright metal connections. Or if the sensor itself is the problem, less likely, it needs to be replaced. You can probably find the sensors in the lower part of the block and clean the connections to bright metal. It may or may not help. It did help me with a 20 yr old car. Brought it back to a like new start when cold. Otherwise, off to the Dealer or reliable service shop.
