First thing to check would be the brake pedal switch, it is located at the pedal with a 2 or 3 wire connector to it. Very common to cause this problem

Could be valve cover gaskets. The oil sending unit will also throw out a lot of oil.

The Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) control system pressure sensor detects pressure in the purge line. The sensor output voltage to the Engine Control Module (ECM) increases as pressure increases. The EVAP control system pressure sensor is not used to control the engine system. It is used only for on board diagnosis. If the sensor has the correct input voltage the sensor could be defective. Overdrive is really just torque converter lockup, not a separate gear. Check TCC fuse, then relay in the trans pan. Can be bad torque converter also.

Sounds like the clutch has failed.

First check fuses. If you have a separate light switch in the dash, this needs checked. If the light switch is in the turn signal handle. Replace the turn signal switch. All exterior lights run threw it. 99% of the time it is the TS switch. Small plastic pieces inside of it melt. It's not a ground, as both sides have their own ground points.

check for water contamination in all the wiring connections that would have been immersed in the water as any water in the connections will be shorting out.

assuming you have looked at the linkage, and all that is okay,, the gas pedal works well and watching someone press it and looking at your linkage it moves freely... then I would say your TPS is bad.

Turn key off and on 3times w out startn. On4th try startn it. If goes then fuel pump etc is bad. May also hav ignition problem like bad dist cap or wires. Getta repair manual

did you try removing the serpentine belt to see if the alternator or another accessory is seized? With the belt removed try spinning the crank by hand. if it moves with out the belt on than one of your accessories is frozen up. Since you said you ran it off the battery I would have to say that possibly the alternator froze up, which is not uncommon for a gm truck. Yes, Inside your transfer case there is a clutch that is made up of several plates that are designed to slip when there is a difference in torque between the front and rear.
If improper type of fluid was put in or if the fluid levels were allowed to get low it may have caused damage.
If indeed that improper fluid was put in, drain and refill with the proper fluid.

Could be a blocked heater core or a faulty air temp door under the dash.

IF YOU KEEP BLOWING FUSES FOR BLOWER IT IS PULLING TOO MANY AMPS ,BLOWER MOST LIKELY NEEDS REPLACING

YOU HAVE A BAD MASTER OR SLAVE CYL, RECOMMEND REPLACING BOTH
