There have been several proposed fixes for this, but nothing works for every case. INSTALLATION

(2) Center the window glass at the opening, insert

the hinge studs in the B-pillar holes, and install the

nuts.

(3) Attach the latch to the rear side panel with the

bolts. Tighten the bolts with the latch in the lock

position and pushing rearward on the latch.

(4) Test the vent window for water leaks. (5) Install quarter trim panel.

I just run new wires to power points. All just seem to have bad splice points in the harness. It is a power point , low amperage. You can run it to any key on, fuse or wire. Other wise, start taking the dash apart and chasing wires.
