The pick-up coil/stator is easily replaced in a dodge distributor, and once you have removed the distributor cap and the ignition rotor, then just dis-connect the wire connector from the pick-up coil/stator and lift it straight up and out of the distributor, and the distributor does not have to be removed or dis-assembled to replace the pick-up coil/stator. Engine oil pumps rarely fail. When the oil pressure is low, it's usually due to worn bearings. Other causes are possible, but the oil pump is inside the oil pan on the bottom of the engine. Compare the reading in psi. to the manufacturers specification. Also consider the oil viscosity. Thin oil gives lower pressure than thicker oil (higher numbers like 40) however, thinner oil flows faster. Use the oil recommended.
