SO SCANNING THE PCM AND ABS IS NOT DONE THE LAMP IS ON ABS SO SCAN the ABS. THE ABS LAMP DID NOT LIE TO YOU THAT IS FACT. THE UNDERLYING BRAKES CAN NOT BE BAD. EVEN STUCK CALIPER PINS , CALIP. PISTONS PADS CRACKED. OR STUCK WRONG SIZE TIRES. OR MIXED UP SIZED. WRONG ABS SENSOR FAILING ,GEE THE SCAN TELLS YOU WHICH ONE FAILS IF IS THE SENSOR OR TONE RING RUSTUP. OR EVEN PACKED IN MUD THE ANSWER IS SCAN IT. WHY SKIP THIS. IDK?

It is the ac vent door I believe thats what it called parts store knows i had same thing on a 2014 it is on pass side would be right above your feet on right advance dont carry them but autozone does i believe around 25 bucks half of dealer cost

Register for free at Autozone.com, and list this Avenger as your car. Then you can look under "repair guides" and find ":component locations" for the sensor. They probably also have removal procedures for helping you locate and remove it.

Fuel filter 2012 dodge avenger...?

My info says rear of engine. Check close to where flywheel would be. The picture that my database shows, there is no orientation, you can't tell what your looking at in the picture.

Check battery, it might've run it down while the door was opened, also check for wires that might've accidentally gotten disconnected. Heater core does not have anything to do with it not starting.

Check your wiring and connections for the affected light. This is symptom of a bad ground for the dual filament bulb.

My guess would be is that the duct work are the heat vent hose has come lose.

Try this. If tps is positioned correctly and idle is correct.

You can recalibrate the throttle yourself to eliminate flat spots or pauses in its response curve.

This should work on most Fly by wire cars, they work on chevy and dodge for a fact

1-ignition to RUN but do not start
2-wait until all the dash warning lights go out (engine light should be the only one to remain on)
3-slowly depress the gas peddle to the floor (take at least 15 seconds to gradually push it to the floor, do not waver as you push)
4-slowly release gas peddle to full up (again, take at least 15 seconds to gradually let it back up, do not waver as you let up)
5-ignition to off
6-DO NOT START IMMEDIATELY! Allow to sit for up to 10 mins+, then start and check for difference in response and linearity.

look in the owners manual under fuses it will show where the fuse box are located.There are probably 2 boxes one inside and 1 under the hood.Have someone honk the horn and start unplugging them.Most of the time they are marked.

Thermal overload protection! Either overheating or shorting out somewhere.......check wiring first.

Does the fan blow warm air or is there no fan working at all? If blowing warm air, suspect a low AC freon charge. If not blowing any air, suspect a blower fan/resistor/wiring issue. You can try slapping the glove box area with the palm of you hand while the fan is turned on to see if it will start working again. If it does, the fan motor will need to be replaced. If still not working, electrical diagnostics will be required
