If it the pre 651 engine then this will apply you will have a high pressure fuel pump mounted on the front of the cylinder head, The plastic fuel pipes that feed this pump have " o" rings that deteriorate and let in air causing poor start, The answer is new plastic fuel pipes between the fuel filter and high pressure pump.

Clean mass air flow sensor pins, this should fix it.

Sounds like a bad ball joint. Definitely have it checked out! You can lift the front tire(s) off the ground with a suitable floor jack then take a pry bar and raise up and down on the tire (might need two people for best results). look for play in the ball joints.

You may have to prime the fuel injectors.

Some cars have a vacume check valve on the vacume line that activates the air duct to open and close . If the vacume is not right it will not work properly . If the vacume check valve is ok then check and make sure the heater core is not clogged up

0204 is for faulty injector,0180 fuel tank temp sender ,try a fuel addative as there will almost certainly be carbon deposit build up etc which could cause these symptoms , have the codes cleared then road test and see if the codes return after driving for at least 50 miles with the addative , gives it time to get to work , if no better further investigation of the ECU will be needed
