IGN power comes form KEY switch page 8w-11 IGN switch wire BK-DG , 12vdc key on. if not fuse14 blown 20ams and goes to the battery direct. all fuses in the PDC must good, and now dead batteries or its 4 cable logs ends, loose or rusty. end. fuse 10 and and F24 kills the cluster. and f15 fuse is 10 head lamps too and a CB breaker. fuse 7 dead kills park /neutral switch ,

check the injectors and make sure there is fire on those plugs in 3 and 4

Oil Pan Bolts 1/4 84 in-lbs Oil Pan Bolts 5/16 132 in-lbs As far as sequence, see last link, start in center, criss cross pattern tighten snug all, then repeat to torque spec.
