That is the TPMS warning (tire pressure monitor sensor). Check your tire pressure. The light/symbol is actually supposed to look like a flat tire.

Hi they are usually under the center console near park brake lever. Or forward from that under the dash look for a small metal box with yellow cables going in to it. Good Luck

Check for a drivers door over ride lockout switch or it may be on the centre console that locks out the passengers from playing with their controls.

If this is not the problem or cause let us know so others can keep thinkng about a solution for you please.

If you have a second key, try that one. Sometimes 1 key will unlock, 1 key will start. If not it would be the anti theft or security system disabling the ignition module. Which is why it won't even try to turn over.

Check the fuse and relay related to the AC. Your fan should come on when the AC is turned on. Right now the fan is working only off the engine temp., not the AC.

you need a good scanner to program it to the car

Use a good scan tool which should identify the failing sensor/circuit when the vehicle stalls,so you can do the correct repair.

By pass clutch signal by appling +12vdc to A/C clutch directly - check for proper suction side pressure with A/C gauge connected to suction side of compressor - if pressure is low clutch will not be energized do to low pressure cutout switch. Add freon or 134A to bring up suction side pressure. https://www.6ya.com/callphilipforhelp

Sounds like the beginning of a bad 02 sensor. If your engine light is on that’s the issue. I could almost guarantee it. Any auto part store will read the ecu codes for free.

You would have to ask a dealership. If Google doesn't know, then no one does and this code doesn't exist.

Possible issue with the clutch pedal lock out switch. This switch will not let the engine start unless the clutch is full depressed.
