The rear door problem is the lock actuator. The problem with locks keep activated when you close driver door. My uncle's Santa Fe has same problem and couldn't fix problem under any circumstances. I even rebuilt the entire lock system didn't help

Can you turn the interior light on manually? My 2009 Hyundai Sonata has two switches on the interior light fixture. One is labeled 'Door', and must be depressed for the light to work with the doors. The other switch is to turn the light on/off manually.

could be the ignit switch itself.

most remote starters have a valet feature to turn off the starter but allow locks/trunk to continue to work. all brands vary..

probably flat battery or fusible link issue,use a test light to follow current from battery thru to fusebox and see where it stops
