Bolt loosened up maybe check the bolt and see if u can tighten it alittle

Use a large flat screwdriver or a clip removal tool from the auto parts store and pry the panel free

Try backing up STAIGHT for 50 feet making sure the switch is in the 2WD position. If this does not work, then you need to check that power is getting to the Actuator

Definitely check your antifreeze/coolant level ASAP.
