look on dashboard for a switch with headlamp symbol on it possibly arrows on it too,and it will have 3 or 4 settings on the switch 1 being the highest setting and the lowest setting being the lowest number. if set to 1 and still too low the open bonnet and look for adjusting scres on backs of headlamp or on top of headlamp usually hexagon drive or posi drive some even have little thumbwheels on for easy adjustment. take care though one screw alters vertical movement and the other adjusts left / right aim
replace your gas cap and clear codes, then wait and see if light comes back on, if it does you have a more serious problem like a fuel tank leak or a defective fuel tank pressure sensor.
Don't overfill the tank! Sometimes this can cause a overload of the fuel vapor recovery system. This can sometimes lead to a no start problem. Also make sure the gas cap vent isnt plugged.
Try this next time this occurs. Loosen the gas cap and see if it "burps" off a bit of excess pressure. With the cap loose, cycle the key on and off without starting the engine. Replace the cap and try to restart.
the tensioner pulley is the only pulley that isnt attached to any type of fixture it is a pulley that sits alone, and all you need is a socket wrench to loosen it, loosen it until you can move the belt and take off, remeber what order the belt goes on to replace it, draw a diagram if you have to
