Cant close drivers side door
possible that the latch is already in the 1/2 closed position
put a round bar ( screw driver ) under the latch and pull the latch out as you press the handle as if opening the door
The headlights are too high. The low beams appear

Your headlight alignment is completely out.
Its could be the bulb last change was, is not sitting in the correct position.
Alternatively you will need to get the headlight alignment adjusted.
in UK its about 5 pounds.

Other than the oil change I would recommend replacing the spark plugs, change the coolant, air filter, cabin air filter, rotate the tires and check brakes, change transmission fluid and differential fluids and transfer case if 4x4.
Check Engine Light
take it to an accredited auto electrician and have the alternator and voltage checked for correct operation
battery has no service life so one at 8 months or 1 month is no guarantee that it is not defective
have it load tested as well
