Have you confirmed the alignment of the lead/end part of the open-side of the zip, with the closed/slider side.? Getting the first bit aligned properly it vital. Whether it's a metal or nylon zip, a bit of lubricating spray will help get the two sides going. You may need to get a hairdryer (or heat gun if you're very, very careful) to warm-up the cover to allow it to stretch into position, if it's gone stiff in the garage whilst you've not been using it.? Don't force it, ease it. Forcing the zipper is likely to tear the stitching &/or the vinyl. Best of luck.

If the door is slightly ajar it will beep once and not start. It is not likely a program problem. It is likely a door ajar or tailgate open etc. the car first locks prior to starting. JK jeep, i have 08 and full docs. it wires to the PCM, same wire colors as you can see drawing dont work right in fixya. they get "crunched" badly" the EGR is PWM modulated, first is to clean in. the exhaust path must be good the EGR must not stick closed or open. p0405 means the pin on sensor part is stuck low. tell me in most cases, the valve is stuck closed. clean it is best first action. the monitor pin is at X, this tells the PCM where the EGR moved per PCM command. (called feedback) yours is hard stuck.

Unhook the battery for a while to give the computer time to reset, maybe as much as 24 hours then try it again. Could be as simple as a bad seal on the gas cap.

well does your state have the lemon law. in illinois there is a law that states if you bring a vehicle back three or more times and it can't be fixed you are untitled to a new car.

Because when you start it the brake booster will start working, start bleed on wheel farthest from master cylinder and work closer, one at a time pump up and bleed each line at least once after you don't see air anymore...

which fans, there are up to 4 fans 1 condenser. 2: radiator can have 1 or 2. 3: heater blower. fan. what is normal operation.????? my guess is this is and HVAC question. but what works and what don't are you heating car. cooling car or running front defrost that fails. all 3 are normal.
