Hello, unfortunately you will have to have it checked by the experts as there could be quite a few possibilities for the cause. The only one simple fix that comes to mind is that the screen earth wire is no longer contacting firmly. But that is a 30% chance. Even then you would have to loosen quite a few items to check for that.If you are confident enough to try it, then do so, otherwise.. leave it to the knowing. Have a good day.

if the touch screen is blank it is normally caused by problem with the d2b fibre optic network or no wake up signal being received by the module or one of the other modules on the network, try a battery reset ie remove the neg battery lead and leave off for 5 or 10 mins reconnect and retest, if that fails you need to take it to someone with the correct test equipment to check out the system, hope this helps, i worked on these cars since launch and recently retired, not easy to repair without the correct knowledge and test gear, depending on age it may need some modules reprogramming to correct this.

AFTER replacing the worn out pads, you have to take it to a Jag dealer to have the ECU faults reset.

They should reset themselves or "go off" by themselves. Its possible you have instead a short or broken wire that was giving you a false indication in the first place
