check your fuse for radio or auxilary

It sounds like you have a loose suspension part. I would inspect the stablizer link pins first. inspect for play or movement. if okay it is possible you may have a bad strut or mount

the fuel filter is located in the fuel/gas tank

if the car has a fold down back seat fold it down and try to reach in the trunk there should be a safety pull to open it or if you can reach the keys you are done ! if it does not have a fold down seat the fastest and safest way is call a locksmith or AAA if you have the service you dont want to start using a coat hanger or a slimjim on that car you could break the plastic clips that hold the linkage rods in place in the door and do some damage to the car . hope this helps

check the engine breather pipes for cracking and going soft first if they appear ok then its the idle control valve ?' a clean might do it

well if he tighten the wheel hub bearing nutt to tight it will cause the hub bearings to burn out.....But he is a tec write, So im sure he did it right. Also the noise from the rear mabe something you are heareing now because no noise in the front is gone and the back noise is heard at this point......

Most parts stores will sell you a code reader and it is just that .. it will give you the code and a brief and most times poor description . To use OBD2 to diagnose a problem you will need a scanner capable of live data stream which are expensive and not worth the money to the average person.

For the handyman , a code reader will do fine for being able to tell what the code number is if you have access to the repair information.

because its a newer car id probably take it into your dealer and have them look into it, it sounds like the pins inside the key chamber arent depressing and allowing you to turn the barrel, graphite can help loosen it but you are best to go to dealer

There is nothing wrong with your radio. Your Elantra radio automatically changes the volume for you. When you slow down and stop, it lowers the volume, then the volume goes back up when you accelerate.

I have used the Apple iPod cable with no problem in the Elantra USB port with an iPod Nano & iPod Classic. You have to change the music settings, skip songs, etc. from the iPod which is distracting while driving.

I purchased the cord made by Hyundai at the dealership, that plugs into both USB and aux port. The music titles, album info etc show up on the radio screen, and you can use the buttons on the radio to change the tunes, view artists, albums... (safer while driving!). Do you have a case on your iPods? I have experienced the "reading error" with the Hyundai cord on my son's iPod Classic (he has a leather case on it). It seems to do that because the plug going in to the iPod is not making full contact with the iPod because of the case. When he takes the case off and reconnects, there are no further problems.
