Could be as easy as a clogged Air filter/intake or as difficult as a stuck fuel pump in the cold. Could also be dirty/loose battery connections. Have you ever tried a fuel injection cleaner in your gas? I use Lucas Seafoam and it works wonders on my engine ('05 Ford Sport trac), the thing still runs like brand new.

tthere is no inertia switch , is pump working or fuel pump relay

check the valve timing again check the firing order ( could be 180 degrees out in timing) do a compression test to check for bent valves

Your fogs only working when low beams are on is normal, as far as your low beam lights not working, I would have the headlight switch checked, or check for a bad fuse or possibly a relay if your car has a light relay. Some do and some don't, I am not that familiar with your model of car to tell you for sure.

If all the brake lights come on ( including high mount ) with the headlights there is most likely a short somewhere. Have any of the park/brake light bulbs been changed recently. If so a bulb may be installed incorrectly or the wrong bulb application used.

Usually a flashing blue light is from an aftermarket installed alarm system or remote starter. You may want to check your owners manual if the light is in the mirror glass.

If you didn't hit anything and the wheels locked up you most likely only flat spotted your tires. I would check the condition of the tires as they need to be balanced or replaced.
