Those are misfire codes 300 is multiple misfires, 301 is same but is cylinder 1, 303 is cylinder 3. This could be injectors or coil packs.

It can be the connections within the car. I had the same problem and took it to a Hyundai dealer and they simply fixed it. But you should get it checked out soon it's not good to drive when the lights come on.

only reason you would need a reflash is that it has been changed or some one has updated the ecu with the wrong setting. now rest is a different thing. that is to remove old stored fault codes and in no way should it cost that much.

I was told by the mechanic that my-P0302 code is a misfire on the #4 Cyl not #2. I think he is trying to put one over on me, and Would like to get a 2nd opinion.

Sounds like the torce convertor is going out or tranny fluid is low
