If inspecter find ECU scanned ECM/PCM failure -what happen to the car
Please be a bit more specific as iam having a job understanding exactly what you mean here ,inspected pro place what is this and as for low engine oil two months whats that got to do with a test and why is the OBDII being connected too as any test involves a gas analyser proble up the exhaust not connecting to the car via the OBDII idle a problem yes as this effects the CO emission reading but a welding mark? so what ,take vehicle to a local mechanic and get them to take the vehicle for the inspection they will know what to do and what is a pass and most likely know the inspectors and go for coffee with them -say no more They cannot fail a vehicle for faults stored in the memory thats for sure in any country ,no use a local mechanic and watch it pass

Disc brakes usually include a part called a wear indicator. A wear indicator is a small piece of metal attached to the brake pad that contacts the brake rotor when the pad material has been worn down to a certain level. When the wear indicator grinds against the rotor, it makes a squealing noise as you apply the brakes. This noise is a signal which tells you it's time to have your brakes examined.
In other words, noisy brakes aren't something to mess around with. If you hear that sound when you apply the brakes in your vehicle, have them checked out as soon as possible.
I hope this helps.

how you are today? your understeer problem, look into sway bars, check you spring set up and tire pressure. your front brakes, thats a matter of how hard you are on the brakes, seeing as how they are most of your stopping power it wouldnt hurt at all to upgrade all parts, maybe some nice stainless lines as well to reduce line flex. make sure you tell your computer what you have done to the motor as well, as i'm sure you know the more air you feed to heart of the beast the more gas it needs not run lean, i see it a lot kids put the go fast goodies and run there motor lean over it and have to replace or rebuild.
I'm so happy to hear that you are the age you are and still racing. SCCA is a great thing to be in, i raced shifter karts and an old bug in the SCCA lone star pro time trials and never got it out of my blood but had to stop because of money. if you have any qustions or there is anything else i can help with please let me know
The best of luck

Does the 2009 Honda Accord
Yes, it has auto headlights.
A timing belt that should be replaced after 100.000 KM Here is the replacement kit

Yes, it has anti-theft system - it based on the key recognition and it's automatic (you don't have to do anything): the key has a chip in it that is coded to your car and only it; without that chip in the key (even if you turn it) the motor will not start. If you need an anti-intrusion system - the one that prevents against someone entering the car - you will have to add it yourself as an aftermarket system.
Air conditioner worked great until
Check and make sure your belt is not worn, if it slips under power, then your compressor will not work. Also low Coolent in your compressor will cause it to run sporadically.
Or your vacuum that runs the hot to cold air valve is leaking, check all vacuum hoses for leakage.
The serious problem would be a the plunger type vacuum actuator to have a hole in it, if so equiped, They can be hard to get too.
My air conditioner condencer is
The condenser in Honda's often become damage do to the placement and road debris flies into through the holes in the grill causing the damage. This is a design flaw of the Honda Accord. You will need an AC line tool to do this job as well. This is necessary to release the hose from the condenser.
- The first thing you need to do is have the AC system properly discharged (if there is anything left)
- You will need to jack the front end of the car up on the passenger side first (the condenser is more on the passenger side.)
- Make sure to jam a brick under each tire so the car does not roll on you and use a jack stand under th axle close to the passenger wheel in case the jack fails.
- There is a little plate under your car to prevent mud and debris from getting under the vehicle. Remove the screws holding this in place and remove the plate. You should now be able to look up in the and see your AC condenser.
- You need to remove the brackets anchoring the condenser.
- Make a mental not of how the condenser is set in there.
- Now take your AC line tool and put it around the hose and press firmly towards the condenser (you may have to work at it for a bit) until the hose frees up.
- Do the same to the other hose.
- Now take your new condenser, making sure to put the new little "o" rings on the posts coming off the condenser, push the hose on till you hear a "click.
- Now reverse the procedure to finish putting the new condenser in.
Now you need to go get your system charged. Do not attempt to do this with the little bottle of refrigerant from the auto parts store. You had your AC system wide open and it needs to be put under a vacuum for a few hours (this will also check for leaks) and then recharged immediately afterward.

Tony
Air conditioner blows cool air then some warm air
It may just need recharged, go to a local repair shop and have the a/c system tested for leaks and recharged.
If you wanna do it yourself and save $$$$ go to a local parts store and get the recharge in a can... make sure it has leak sealer in it for good measure and follow instructions on can for installation. This will cost you $25 bucks and will save you from shop costs.
Driver side door won't close.
Take a flat head screw driver and with some effort move that little white piece to the left or right. Give it a little spray with some wd40 or some sort of penitrating oil. If you have trouble moving this piece with the screwdriver try lifting the door handle while you pry at the piece
