Emission control check engine light
The codes indicate a cylinder misfire on cylinders 3 and 6. Seems to be a common problem with that model. I would call the dealer and ask if there are any recalls or technical service bulletins on your particular car. Could be fouled spark plugs or bad valves or bad valve adjustment. There may also be a software fix but since the car is noticeably running rough I would suspect a hardware problem. Good luck.
Whistling
If its a wind noise, you can tape over window seals, door cracks one at a time to help you pinpoint your problem area. There is no easy way to find those, just have to use the process of elimination.

the first test is to get it to make noise, parked. with brakes hard set
and in drive (A/T or m/t you never said) or in any GEAR.

Can't disable vsa to get an emissions test. Switch
vsaVehicle Stability Assistit needs service , as the operator guide states. (glove box , missing?)or read the FSM, on chapter VSA.or go to alldata.com and read there.you do or they do, its all ways a choice.its not trivial.
