you have many problems in one question.
Let's start with
1. BACK UP Warning is it the backup lights not working.
2. When you open the driver's door does the inside lights turn on
maybe the system doesn't know the door is open or the little switch inside the steering column is open circuit.
3. Maybe the speaker itself defects or wiring touching metal ground

Hi
It sounds like it would more than likely be a short from some where within the wires probably a speaker wire try turning the radio of then on whilst the ignition is on. Then turn the radio back up again.

I have a 1994 GMC Sierra 6.5 turbo diesel and
First off the glow plugs are not the problem. Diesel's run purely off of compression. The basic principle behind them is compress the gas and and it will "spontaneously" ignite as long an the cylinder is hot. All glow plugs do is provide the initial heat that is needed. Once it is started they shut off. If you turn your engine off for a little while and then crank it back up, the glow plugs won't come back on as long as the engine is still warm. So now onto the actual problem. You have a FSD (Fuel Supply Driver) also known as a PMD (Pump Mounted Driver) that is failing. It tells the fuel injection pump when and where to deliver fuel. When they start going bad you will notice hestitation, to random stalls (usually when hot) to no-start situations. There is a forum I found which goes into much greater detail about it and how to fix it and help prevent it from happening again. CHeck it out.

Why doesn't right tail light work when the lights are on but works when the key fob is used to lock or unlock the truck?
If your car uses a CAN-bus system, and it probably does, the electrical system operates in an entirely different manner. Operating a light switch merely tells a local black box you want the lights switched on. That black box then sends a digitised request along the information highway where another black box will receive and process the request and hopefully switch on the lights.
When strange things happen it is possible there is an electronic fault with one or more black boxes, the wiring or connectors or a software problem.
When the owner has done all he can, replacing the bulbs and suchlike, it is time to take the car to a specialist or dealer who has dedicated diagnostoc equipment loaded with bi-directional software.
Which fuse is for the instrument panel back lighting?
Does the radio play ? Are any other back lighting components not lighting ? Does the HVAC control panel light up ? You probably need new radio !
The second interior lighting group includes lamps which may be dimmed. This group may use a combination of vacuum fluorescent (VF) illumination, LED illumination and incandescent lamps.
When the ignition switch is turned to the RUN position, the radio VF display turns ON at maximum brightness. When the park lamps are ON, all incandescent and LED back lighting turn ON at the dimming level indicated by the instrument panel (I/P) dimmer switch. At the same time all VF displays dim to match the indicated dimming level. The panel dimmer switch potentiometer is an input to the body control module (BCM). When the driver selects a dimming setting by moving the I/P dimming switch potentiometer, all incandescent back lighting lamps are provided with a specific voltage. When the I/P dimmer switch is moved from MIN to MAX, all VF displays, as well as all incandescent back lighting respond from minimum intensity to maximum brightness in response to the I/P dimmer switch.
