2008 Ford F-250 6.4. The cruise and tow mode don't work. Is there a common denominator?

There are a number of fuses that cover tow features. Cruise Control has a number of items that control it. you probably need an auto electrician to diagnose and fix. Ideas in the link though. https://www.google.com/search?q=2008+ford+f250+super+duty+cruise+control+not+working

Diesel. Reduce power lite turned on. Shut off engine and started back up - lite is off. Can it be driven?

Jerry, Drive to a good shop. So many things can cause reduced power light unfortunately. The first step would be to get the truck hooked up to a scanner/computer and have the computer scanned for trouble codes. One thing that you could try is to drain the water from the water separator that is mounted on the frame under drivers front door. If the PCM picks up on water, power is reduced until water is removed/drained. It could be an exhaust sensor that is reading faulty. Unfortunately from here its impossible to tell you exactly what the fault is because there are just so many engine sensor inputs that could cause your problem. Check the attached links, forums, instruction and guides, Good luck "I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button. How do I check seat heater, all 4 have quite working?

Repair the broken wire with a connector and heat shrink tubing then check the fuse in the vehicle as it may have blown. Don't replace a blown fuse until a repair has been made to the broken wire.

2007 F-250 HP Oil Leak (6.0 Powerstroke)

Comming from an international dealer I can not tell you exact labor rate from a for dealership in your area but I can give you a general idea. We normally get 1.7 hours for diagnostics. Usually a HP oil leak can take longer but we normally eat the rest of the labor. Then you can expect around 3 hours to r/r all injector o-rings if that is the problem, if you do this have them replace the crank case to head tubes with the updated tube. If it is a HP pump issue to replace the pump it could be 3 hours, could be 7 hours, this will depend on any access issues to the pump. If they replace the pump have them update the STC fitting from the pump to the branch tube. This may be the problem anyway and if they replace the STC fitting it would be around the same amount of labor. Now if your branch tube is cracked they will have to pull the trans, rear housing, rocker arms, and a lot of other things, this is the big one, close to 16 hours. Now figure on around $100 labor rate and do the math. This doesn't even include the parts.

Ford f250 superduty 2008. Stuck in 4low. We can change it manaully. Motor good. Relays good. Everything good. but just wont switch over.

I can give you 2 more things to try. The turn knob is perhaps cracked on the backside of the knob. Knobs like this are similar to the heater control knob. When cracked, they spin around the shaft without turning it. You can sometimes get them to bite onto the shaft 1 way and slip when turned the other way. Pry off the knob and check. Electronic shift solenoid type transfer units work off of 1 wire with variable voltage moving the shift solenoid to different lengths inside the transfer case. If the selector light on the shift switch burns out, it can throw off the shift solenoid from moving to the proper position. Removing the electric plug at the transfer case and placing a voltmeter on it, you would have a helper turn the transfer switch to its different positions and measure the electric values. They should progressively match each selector position.
