It is located under the hood near the brake vacuum booster.

fuel pressure sensor wire color is : black for ground, grey for 5 volt reference, and dark green for signal, then all wire coming from PCM

Take off the belt see if it will start then. Sounds like something belt driven has locked up.

The codes are not for cam sensors.The codes are for the intake and exhaust cam position actuator solenoid circuits.The engine computer controls cam timing by these solenoids. You'll need a shop manual to get the testing procedures since this is beyond the normal range of a DIY.

Door locks does not work

number should be in ur owners manual. if not have to pull radio get serial number then call chevy dealer and give them number and so them ur registraition and they will get you unlock code

Did it restart? Was it OK after restarting?Is the check engine light coming on at all?I would have it checked for codes either way.

As far as the cobalt, check tac/throttle actuator control. Below is circuit description for p1682. The other codes was for knock sensor.

This is normal, all it is saying is that with the outside temp.there may be ice on the roads. this is just a warning message letting you know it may be slippery on the roads. you will see this message go away when the outside temp rises above freezing. hope this is helpful, good day

THat is not a problem at all. THe temp can get over 200 degrees when climbing a hill in the summer...it will cool down OK with the electric fan!

you can try the ignition switch could be messed up i am not entirely sure but it is something to look in to
