Do you know anything about ECM five volt reference circuit's ?
DTC P0641: 5-Volt Reference 1 Circuit
The engine control module (ECM) has 3 internal 5-volt reference busses called 5-volt reference 1, 5-volt reference 2, and 5-volt reference 3. Each reference bus provides 5-volt reference circuits for more than one sensor. Therefore, a fault condition on one 5-volt reference circuit will affect the other 5-volt reference circuits connected to that reference bus. The ECM monitors the voltage on the 5-volt reference busses.

The 5-volt reference 1 bus provides 5 volts to the following sensors:
• The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor
• The clutch apply sensor
• The fuel rail sensor
• The fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor
• The intake air pressure and temperature sensor

You have a shorted sensor more then likely or wiring problem . Suggest you watch this video .

So, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the codes are as follows.

P0017-Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor 'B'
Possible causes
- Mechanical timing fault
- Blocked oil passage
- Low oil level
- Faulty Exhaust ('B') Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor
- Faulty Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor

P0014-Camshaft Position 'B' Timing Over-Advanced or System PerformancePossible causes
- Dirty Oil
- Low engine oil level
- Faulty Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid
- Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid harness is open or shorted
- Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
Bank 1

So in short, you can try the oil change if its been a while, always a good practice, however the fact that its throwing both of these codes together, makes me heavily suspect that your car is experiencing the worst of the possible causes, all your symptoms are tell-tale signs of your cars timing being off, meaning a timing belt job is needed. I highly recommend trying your best not to drive that vehicle, if the timing belt grenades on you while your driving, it will cause catastrophic damage to your motor. I cannot stress to you enough to limit your driving. Timing belt jobs as a general rule of thumb, are anywhere from $700-$1000 depending on the shop, anything more and they are ripping you off. I hope this helps, Good Luck!

The audible warnings alert the driver of a system concern or a critical vehicle condition. The radio generates the audible warnings through the speaker. The radio receives audible warning requests via the serial data circuit. If the radio receives multiple audible warning requests, the warning with the highest priority sounds first. The P0013 code is the cam shaft position sensor, The other code is related to brakes. The engine in your car is not the type to have CVVT on the cam so it is likely that the sensor may be bad or the wiring to it is damaged or corroded.
