How can I repair or
Hey hows it going mate,
First you need to remove the door trimmings and the handles etc, then once you are under the door trim, remove the plastic cover and you should see the regulator and window glass.
Dosconnect the wiring from the switchs and motor, then unbolt the 4 - 6 bolts which you will see clearly attached to the door skin. As you unbolt these you will see the motor come off first then you can unbolt the actual window regulator.
You will have too deatch the glass from the regulator slide and then slide this out the top. Al that should be left in the door is the regulator, remove this out the side of the door through one of the holes under the door skin.
The reasselmbly is the exact opposite but when the window glass is fitted back to the regulator slide make sure that it is centred.
Then bolt it all back up but not tight so that te regulator can find it's centre. Connect the wiring and wind the window up.
Once the window is up ensure that there is no stress on any parts of the motor or regulator assembly, then tighten up all the bolts.
Retest the window goes up and down smoothly then refit the door skins, handles, and switchs.
Hope this helped, let me know if you need more information.
Jason
