The crankshaft position sensor's function is to let the PCM know the crankshaft's position, so fuel, spark timing etc can be fine tuned, based on engine load and driving conditions. Some vehicles cannot start with a faulty or failed CPS, while others can but will have poor drivability. Did you change your CPS because it was confirmed to be faulty or did you change it to improve the engine's running conditions? Did you pull any OBDII codes that pointed to the CPS circuit, before replacing it? Chance are the CPS wasn't the cause of the issues you had.

There isn't one. Easiest way to diagnose the fuel system is at the fuel pump relay. Make sure there is a good 12v supply and solid ground at the relay. Insert a jumper wire across the load side of the relay which would provide the pump a constant 12v supply. If it doesn't run, it's time to drop down the tank and see if you have 12v to the pump. If so, it's probably time for a new pump

It does not have. Ford was the only manufacture that had them. Take car and have it scanned for codes. You have many possibility to broken wires, battery damaged.

I have reset two inertia switches on cars because the were in an accident. I have never replaced one because it was bad. Replace the fuel pump. It's under the back seat.

Does it go into 4th gear when the OD button shows activated? If it doesn't, sounds like a transmission issue. Possibly the torque converter. Have you connected an OBDII scan tool and attempted to pull any TCM codes? That may be helpful in pinpointing the issue, if there are any codes stored.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. It may be a break in the wiring harness that goes from the drivers door switches through from the door to the door pillar. If they break in the harness through stress, nothing works. You need a good auto electrician with a test meter and the ability to read wiring diagrams.
