How did you test the fuel pump?
Which one Distribution Pump or Transfer Pump?
Do you have fuel presuure at the rail?
Do you have a crank signal or spark?

V8--V6!

I'm just gonna say that many problems are caused on the LSes because of faulty Coil-On-Plugs(COPs) and spark plugs when they cause interference in PCM signals.Only replace with Motorcraft parts. To start the car,try unplugging the MAF sensor. don-ohio (:^)

They have to screw in.You need a specail tool like this

You may be able to rent one at your local parts store like NAPA or Autozone.

i just did this today, its the engine coolant bottle, they **** and crack, i guarantee its the bottle, its not a hard job, got to take the wheel off to get to bottom clamp, and then bleed the system thats all, buy a bottle for 60 bucks

dont listen to the other guy, he dont have a ls

There are 2 PDF documents to look up. The first - Routing Guide - give you the diagram code for the vehicle with the 6 cylinder and the V8 equipped vehicles. See page 84 for the 2004 LS model.

Diagrams 8-16 (V6 engine) and 7-29 (V8 engine) can be found in the second PDF - the iIlustration Guide.

"O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1" Just change the one in Bank 1, why change good sensors. "O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean Bank 2 Sensor 1" Probably just an air leak. NEVER use aftermarket or remanufactured spares, they are not always compatible.

Yes. you can use the same engine.

reset your derm module

check and test fuel tank connections and gaskets or damage to tank

ya no le funciona el actuador de la bomba del sistema de enfriamiento es hidraulica y en la bomba ieban un actuador que ace que abiente mas preion al bentilador y con eio jire mas rapido el bentilador yo tube el mismo problema aique combprar el actuador original

No such thing on your car.The temp sensor tells the computer what the engine coolant temp is.If it were faulty you would get a check engine light.I would have the fuel pressure checked before and after you crank the engine. The pump relay provides power to the pump when you turn the key on to recover some of the lost fuel pressure after the car sits. The one way valve in the pump is supposed to prevent the pressure from dropping. If the fuel pressure drops to zero it could take some time to crank the engine enough to get it back up.

I would try to have your mechanic keep on it. He should be able to track it down, now that he knows the ECM is good. Maybe you have some wiring issues, like a harness that got too close to hot exhaust and melted some wires.

check coolant level -oil level and condition if milky --but water in spark plug holes is an indication of blown head gasket --cracked head--block or intake

My car is a 2003 ls V6 keeps getting a misfire and no acceleration when pressing the gas. I've done changed the map sensor, new throttle body, coul packs and spark plugs 3 times and just recently re changed them once again and noticed the spark plug holes were completely filled with water. Anyone with possible answers would be helpful
