There is a circulation fan that is the most likely cause. You have two Blend door actuator servos, and there is also a servo that closes the vent to the outside intake that you can often hear pop shut after about 5 minutes after the engine is turned off and the key removed.

Open hood ensure new battery is disconnected.
Open main fuse panel cover under hood and remove horn relay (so you don't have to listen to the horn).
Use the key to lock the drivers door.
Connect the positive battery terminal.
Connect the negative battery terminal (security system will now activate, hazards lights will flash and horn would be going off if the relay was not removed).
Use the key to unlock the drivers door.
Get in, close drivers door.
Use the key to start the engine.
Security system will deactivate.
Get out of vehicle, reinstall horn relay, replace fuse panel cover, close hood.

Start with a Lexus dealer and ask them.
If you cannot, go to a car parts store an ask them.
If you have none, try a used car dealer, or even look around and find a 2005 Lexus and ask the owner to show you his or her alternator so that you might see which wire goes where.
God bless your efforts.

I suggest you get the car to a good mechanic who knows Lexus cars.
  • C1201 = Engine Control System Malfunction (VCS lamp ON-RX3) or ECM/TCM malfunction / 51
  • C1441 = ?(Code not listed so please recheck it).
  • P0300 = Random/multiple cylinder(s) - misfire detected.
  • P0302 = Cylinder 2 - misfire detected.
  • P0303 = Cylinder 3 - misfire detected.
The first one is a possible problem with the engine management system, (the car's brain). This could be a cheap or an expensive fix.
The last three are the cylinders not firing properly. It could be a problem with fuel or spark into those cylinders.

Sunroof drains are always the top bet. Did you check the top edge of the windshield corner panel as in some vehicle makes, there is a joiner there.

The other thing to check is the floor pan behind the wings right where your left toe would be..
