Where is the 02 bank 1 sensor located on a 2002 lexus rx 300
Is yours the 4 cylinder engine? There should be another number listed. The exhaust system has 2 sensors for each side, or Bank, of the engine. It will be listed as Bank One Sensor One or Bank One Sensor Two.
Sensor One is always before the Catalytic Converter, often in the exhaust manifold or the first section of the exhaust.
Sensor Two is always after the Catalytic Converter in the exhaust pipe itself.
This will be the repeated on both sides of a V6 or V8 engine. A four cylinder engine will have 2 sensors and a 'V' will have 4 sensors.
2006 lexus gs 300 making a rattle noise when I give a lil gas

GX470. Why can't it be started?
I don't know the cure but it is probable the car's brain thinks the ignition key is still in the ignition, steering not locked - you did the impossible, probably because the key, lock and interlock is worn and that being so it might be possible with some fiddling and gentle tapping of the lock to either cause the steering to finish locking or to reverse the process.
I think the steering must lock before it will accept the key. If fiddling with it doesn't work, I think it could become expensive and inconvenient.

Open fuel tank, if you hear large amount of air rusing in this indicates breather on filler cap is defective. It could be that due to this vacuum in the tank that it has collapsed, thus reducing its volume. Check by refill of gas how much it takes to fill up. From empty. Should hold 22.5 gallons if it hold a lot less than this that is the issue. The cap will need replacement as well as the talnk or the tank could be filled with compressed air by a tech to push it back into shape.
My lexus alarm wont go off
STOPPING THE ALARM Turn the ignition key from the "LOCK" to "ACC" position. The alarm will be stopped but the starter circuit will remain disabled. Stopping the alarm in this manner will keep the alarm from being reactivated when any of the doors, trunk or hood is opened.
