YES.... with out a doubt , it will stumble , won't idle well , sputters and eats gasoline, if you have 2 and i think yours dose have, you need to make sure if its the #1-0/2 sensor before the catyl. or #2 0/2 sensor after catyl.?? , & again, if you own a computer car , get the repair manual for that vehicle from your parts house, worth every dime you spend on it.

You in the ball park. I would also check the idle control valve. Also, if you have not done so, check and/or change your fuel filter. GL.

When O/D is on, the O/D flashes
When your O/D flashes, It is indicating that your main computer "ECU" is receiving an diagnostic code(s). If you can get a code reader (stop by your local Autozone - they can read your codes for free). Once you receive your codes, you do your research on the codes. If not you can post the codes here and i will see if I can advise your further. GL.

Try a local library and check out a book with this information.
It would take dozens of pages for us to tell you how to do this here. Some of the sets of books might be named: "Motor's", or 'Chilton's", or "Haynes".
The repair books are year and model specific.
God bless your efforts.
P.S. It is possible you might find yourself needing tools that only a mechanic might have.
Read the book and watch for that.

By removing the battery & the radiator the sensors sent signals to the ECM. You probably have to get the computer scanned & reset with a professional diagnostic tool. Take it to a reputable tech.
How do I replace the ignition switch?
Your almost there. Look at where the steering wheel sets and the ignition switch. There will be a bolt to remove or not. ( I haven't worked on your car), No bolt, then look to the top of the switch. There is a hole there. You have to use a small punch or screw driver and push down, when the key is in the run position, then pull the cylinder out. Either way, the key has to be in the run position.
Why does my 92 lexus sc400 have a good battery but no power at all when cranked, all dash lights on but flicker when cranked. clicking sound from engine fuse box when cranked.
The clicking noise from the fuse box is the starter relay, that's normal considering the rest of the symptoms as it will stop working under a certain voltage like the rest of the lights and whatnot, then the voltage will rise again since all the accessories and everything turned off and everything will try to power on again, making the voltage drops, and so forth. If the battery is good and the car does this, then you definetly have a grounding problem. Either the connector on the battery is loose, or you have a damaged/corroded grounding strap/wire. Start by checking the connections on the battery to see if they are loose or not, and if they are fine, check the wire from the connection for corrosion or damage, and do the same thing for any other ground wires or straps and you will be sure to find your problem and get it starting like it should. The only other possibility which is VERY VERY VERY rare to see is a broken leed on the battery posts, which will not be visible since it happens inside the battery, but if you changed the battery recently or have tested with another battery, you can rule that out from the start and i'm 100% sure you only have a grounding problem.
