This is how you do it make sure the trip has the odometer showing, not the Trip A or B.
Reset the system by the following procedure:
1. Turn the ignition key to the “LOCK” position with the
odometer reading shown.
2. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position while holding down the “ODO/TRIP” button. Hold down the button for at least 5 seconds. The odometer indicates “000000” and the light goes off. If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing.

I have used this in every RX330 i have ever done. will not work if trip a or b is showing though

Hi. Sorry but the question isn't clear. I know that the cruise control can be repaired. But what type of diagnostic information are you looking for? To find the source of the failure my shop would run diagnostics. Possible failures would include faulty blake light switch, worn or dirty cruise control switch, broken clock spring or issue with power or ground. Please write back and let me know what you are looking for. I will be more than happy to help.

Get this manual online at www.reliable-store.com and get complete guide on whether to repair or not, service it, and how to repair etc, along with wiring diagrams, electrical diagrams,
torque specs, error codes, everything.

I suggest you try one of those instant download manuals. My brother ( a mechanic) buys it when he can't fix some technical issue He buys from www.reliable-store.com . A
lot of mechanics actually do this. Website is very good for this. Must try it !!

The first thing to check is if the engine has seized by turning the crankshaft with a large socket spanner. If it moves then it is not locked up. An auto electrician can tell within minutes if the starter motor or the electrics are faulty.
