latch may be damaged /gummed up --or lock rod/retaining clip damaged or disconnected you will need to remove the door panel to inspect the lock unit

if the car won`t turn over then it could be a starter problem if the battery is as you say fully charged. check voltages at the starter. it could be a bad connection or starter relay.

Probably a loose or corroded connection in the master window switch. Sometimes if a window is down when it is raining the switch will get wet and cause some corrosion on the contacts.

Try this little cheap trick, happens all the time

Knock sensor controls ignition timing. It should have no control on transmission shifting. Did you disconnect/remove anything else to access the knock sensor? Was the battery disconnected? If so, a relearn procedure may be required for trans module etc relearn shift points while you drive the vehicle

take it to jiffy lube

Call any auto parts store and tell them what you have and they will tell you the gap setting

I have no mechanical experience and my Lexus 2001 Off truck, vsc, and check engine lights came on while driving. After a research on the net. I paid 10.00 for a diagnosis and came up with the code P1135 A/F Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1). I went to Autozone store in San Diego and purchase the sensor, 170.00 dollars. Went to a mechanic, lift the car up, pull the sensor out under the car and put the new one. The 3 lights went off. No more faulty codes. Labor 25.00 dollars. Except for the lifting of the car, the change of the sensor is like changing a spark plug. It was no difficult task and it took 15 minutes. 7/31/2010

There is a pressure sensor in the gas tank that isn't working correctly. The engine will not run correctly without the battery because the alternator will not produce voltage for the electronics or the fuel pump.

The pump is inside the gas tank. Only Ford products us an enertia switch.

Sorry Scott no inertia switch , Two relays , circuit opening relay an the other is Engine main relay if the wiring diagram is correct , hard to tell ! Japanese wiring diagrams ! go to www.bbbind.com free TSB'S an Wiring diagrams .
